1. Furniture pick-up will be scheduled a few days before the scheduled recovery date. Any special arrangements must receive prior approval from management.
2. Oska Upholstery requires a minimum deposit of 50% before commencing any work. This deposit is non-refundable once supplies have been purchased or if the client cancels the job for any reason, due to the significant cost of supplies, transport and administration.
3. Full payment is required before delivery. Clients can request photos of completed work or arrange a physical inspection by appointment.
4. Oska Upholstery offers local pick-up and delivery services only. While we strive to accommodate deliveries outside the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and Central Coast Area, clients are responsible for arranging, confirming, and covering the costs of such deliveries if we are unable to provide them.
5. Oska Upholstery reserves the right to charge a storage fee for completed orders that remain undelivered for more than seven ( 7) days after completion. This fee will be a minimum of $ 38.50 or 1% of the total order value per night, whichever is higher.
6. Effective from March 1st, 2020, lead times cannot be guaranteed due to the availability of supplies, materials and a challenging business environment. We reserve the right to change scheduling at any time.
7. Any requests for an expedited lead time attract an additional 40% loading, without exception.
